Who We Are
Sunset Shores is a community of almost 200 homes in New Buffalo, Michigan . The neighborhood is situated on the shores of Lake Michigan and boasts of two private beaches as well as a large tree lined park. The Sunset Shores Property Owners Association (SSPOA) was created soon after the platting of the first Sunset Shores subdivision in the early 1960’s. Sunset Shores is roughly bounded by Water Street, Berrien Street, North Drive, Creek Drive and Lake Drive.

We are always looking for home owners that are willing to help with the association/committees and neighborhood activities. We'll help you find a way to participate that best suits you.
